Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide from our studio in sunny Singapore! Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
After confirmation, orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Depending on your shipping destination, local (Singapore) orders take another 2-3 business days to arrive, while international orders take another 10-21 days.
How can I track my order?
Orders are delivered using tracked services.
- Local (Singapore) orders - Singpost, NinjaVan
- International orders - Singpost Speedpost Express International
Your tracking number will be included in the dispatch
Do you accept returns?
We hope you love your Paper Forest order. However if you are not completely happy with your purchase, or receive a defective or incorrect item, return requests are accepted within 30 days from the date of order dispatch.
a) Please inform us of your request by emailing paperforest.sg@gmail.com. We will advise you via email regarding shipping your products back to us. We advise using a tracked service to avoid lost mail.
b) Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, in saleable condition.
c) Products will be inspected and we will notify you of your refund within 7 working days of receipt of your returned item(s). Please wait for an email confirmation of a refund or replacement product.
d) We are only able to refund the price of the products in full and cannot cover return shipping costs.
e) Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during the time of purchase.
